History

The back three bells were augmented to five by Taylor's in 1878 (the gift of Hugh Lupus, Duke of Westminster) and to six, by the Bristol founders Llewellin & James in 1887, to mark Victoria’s Golden Jubilee. Taylor's then rehung them in a new metal frame in 1952.
