History

A ring of six was formed in 1760 by the addition of a treble cast by Abel Rudhall. Taylors recast the second in 1868 after the majority of the church was rebuilt at that time, and in 1952 the same firm recast the fifth and rehung all the bells in the original wooden frame. In 1994 they were rehung again this time in a new metal frame designed by Eayre & Smith and built by John Brosh of Williford Farm and Engineering Co.
